Iphone/Ipad:
-Tap Settings>Accounts and Passwords>Your Account>Your Account name again above mail and notes On
-In The Incoming server section remove the Username field and Enter your New Username ending in @rockmail.email
-Then Scroll down to Outgoing SMTP Server (secure.emailsrvr.com) and tap the server>Select The Primary Outgoing Server on the next page (secure.emailsrvr.com)
-In The outgoing Mail Server section remove the Username field and Enter your New Username ending in @rockmail.email (even if you see optional )
-Then click Done in the upper right corner to save your changes.
Android Phones/Tablets:
-Tap the “Application Drawer” icon on your Android home screen to display the device’s installed apps. Scroll to “Email” and touch the icon.
Press the “Menu” button and tap “Account Settings.” If you have multiple email accounts configured on your device, you can also press and hold the account name and tap “Account Settings” from -the pop-up window.
-Tap “Account Name,” “Your Name,” “Signature” and “Email Check Frequency” to make changes to these settings. Tap “Default Account” to check the check box and make the account your default for outgoing email. Touch “Email Notifications” to receive audible and visual notifications when you receive new email.
-Scroll to “Server Settings” and tap “Incoming Settings” first next will be “Outgoing Settings” to modify these account settings. You can change username for the incoming and the outgoing server settings here. Please enter your username to include @rockmail.email in the username field for both the incoming and outgoing server sections. Then save your changes and you are done.
Mac Mail:
-You must change your Account Settings to remember the updated username. Go to the Mail menu and select Preferences at the top left of the screen
-Select Accounts, then select the account from the left column, under the account information tab on the right, update the username field halfway down the page, to include the new domain @rockmail.email
-On Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) click on the drop down arrows.
-Select Edit SMTP Server List...
-Click on the Advanced tab, then type in your new username.
- Click OK.
-When you close out of the Account Box, it will prompt you to save changes: click Save. Repeat this process after every time you change your password.
Outlook:
-Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
-Select the email account you want to change, and then click Change.
-Under Logon Information, in the username box, type your new username to include @rockmail.email.
-If you don’t want to be prompted to enter your email account password each time you send and receive messages, select the Remember password check box.
